Our 2019 Pinot Gris is a bright, pale straw colour and offers intense nashi pear and floral jasmine aromatics to intrigue the senses. On the palate, the wine is luscious and succulent with brown pear, lychee and quince flavours. There is a bright acidity that brings juiciness to the palate and gives a long, pear and spice-flavoured finish. A perfect match for a summer BBQ of seafood with a crudités platter.
