Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse Gin is one of New Zealand’s oldest craft gins.

Distiller Rachel Hall is the custodian of a recipe perfected over many years. We still twice distill with nine botanicals, perfectly blended with pure water that journeys from high in the Remutaka Ranges, and emerges in a spring at Palliser Bay. We still hand zest the Yen Ben lemons and navel oranges. We still handcraft our gin in Martinborough. We don't cut corners.
