Terms and Conditions for The Foley Wine Club and NZSO Competition

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  1. This competition is only open to those who are 18 years of age or over.
  2. To be eligible to enter, an eligible participant must purchase any case or magnum of Te Kairanga wine from The Foley Wine Club between 19th October 2023 and 11.59pm 1st November 2023 and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Participants will receive a separate entry for every case of 6 bottles, or magnum purchased. 
  3. Participants will need to provide a valid email address to be eligible and receive entry updates.
  4. Entry is open to New Zealand only residents. International customers and employees of Foley Wines (along with their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
  5. Participants who return products purchased for a refund will have their entry cancelled.
  6. Each prize is for a double pass to one of the following NZSO concerts:
    a. Music of John Williams with Anne-Sophie Mutter on Friday 17th November, 6.30pm at the Michael Fowler Centre, Wellington. 
    b.  Music of John Williams with Anne-Sophie Mutter on Saturday 18 November, 6.30pm at the Auckland Town Hall, Auckland.
    c. Movie Magic: Best of John Williams on Sunday 12th November, 2.00pm at the Globox Arena, Hamilton.
    There are 10 double passes to be won in total.   
  7. The prize excludes transport arrangements to and from the concert venue, these are at the winner’s expense.
  8. The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  9. The prize draw will be drawn by Foley Wines on 2nd November 2023.
  10. The prize winner will be contacted by email. Where the winner does not respond by email within three working days of the prize draw, the prize will be re-drawn.
  11. Winners can then choose which concert they would like to attend from the above list with availability for each concert on a first-come first-served basis. Foley Wines will not make further tickets available if the winner's first choice of concert is no longer available.
  12. Foley Wines’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. Unless otherwise stipulated, the winner’s details and photos may use for promotional purposes and by accepting the prize, the winner must make themselves available for this purpose.
  14. The products can be bought in multiple purchases with every full Te Kairanga product case or magnum sale an entry. Products excluded from this promotion include all other wines that are not Te Kairanga wines.
  15. The prize redemption is subject to availability.
  16. All additional travel and expenses will be at the winner’s expense.
