Terms and Conditions for Wharekauhau 2021 Competition:

Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. This competition is only open to those who are 18 years of age or over.
2. To be eligible to enter purchase any case of wine or gin (excluding all wine in Lockdown Deal collection) from the Foley Wine Club website between 20^th May 2021 and midnight 30^th June 2021 and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Participants will receive a separate entry for every case purchased. A case is the minimum quantity per product on the website. 6 bottles can be 1 case = 1 entry or 12 bottles can be in a case = 1 entry. 
3. Entries are also eligible through the Mt Difficulty and Te Kairanga Cellar Doors, if the participant purchases at least 6 bottles or 2 bottles of Lighthouse Gin from the Foley Wine Club and are a member. Participants can sign up to the Foley Wine Club during the promotional period after their Cellar Door visit.
4. Participants will need to provide a valid email address to be eligible and receive entry updates.
5. Entry is open to New Zealand only residents. International customers and employees of Foley Wines (along with their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
6. Participants who return products purchased for a refund and therefore buy less than 1 case will have their entry cancelled.
7. The approximate value of the prize is $7,040. The prize includes accommodation for four people in two private cottage suites, pre-dinner drink & canapés, dinner and breakfast for four people each day and a private wine tasting and tour of Martinborough Vineyard and Te Kairanga for four people. Prize excludes any additional beverages and meals.
8. The prize excludes transport arrangements to and from Wharekauhau Country Estate, these are at the winner’s expense.
9. The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
11. The prize draw will be drawn by Foley Wines on 8^th July 2021.
12. The prize winner will be contacted by phone (with confirmation by email) Where the winner cannot be contacted by phone within five working days of the prize draw, the prize will be re-drawn.
13. Foley Wines’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Unless otherwise stipulated, the winner’s details and photos may used for promotional purposes and by accepting the prize, the winner must make themselves available for this purpose.
15. The products can be brought in multiple purchases with every product case sale an entry. Products excluded from this promotion include all wine in our Lockdown Deals collection.
16. The prize redemption is subject to availability at Wharekauhau Country Estate.
17. All additional travel and expenses will be at the winner’s expense.
