Papa Chardonnay 2022 is complex and restrained. Bright, pure white peach and citrus blossom up front, evolving to toasted brioche and a saline minerality. The palate has delicious flowing notes of ripe nectarine, crisp orchard fruits, and a subtle hint of savoury oak. A bold Chardonnay with an elegant acid line and a pure minerality finish.

Papa Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is pure and poised. Elegant citrus blossom, inviting black currant and fresh herbal notes are all woven together with an undeniable earthy saline minerality that speaks to its Awatere origins. The complex palate emerges to show layers of citrus, blackcurrant, and dried herbs flowing seamlessly through to a long unadulterated finish.

Papa Pinot Noir 2022 displays tempting aromas of dark cherries and plum gracefully knitted together with complex savoury elements from considered oak maturation and whole bunch fermentation. A pure and poised palate delivers layers of moreish red fruits and gentle tannins. A savoury complexity and silky smooth finish speaks clearly of this most singular place.
